When "undeleting" a message I now first get "unsend"

Since the installation of OS-15.4, when I delete a message in error and go to “Edit” to undelete - I now first get an “unsend.” After I click on that and go to “Edit” again, I get the previous normal “undelete.” What happened - the two step is confusing and takes more time.

I just use Cmd-Z and don’t see any “unsend” message.

I tried that - it takes 2 “Cmd-Zs” to get the message back. The first does the “Unsend."

All the unsend stuff goes away of you turn off the send delay.
Mail Settings > Composing > Undo send delay: Off.
Of course the flip side is you can no longer decide to unsend.
