I noticed recently a symptom in Safari in which it lost a menu item function.
In this case the ability to quit the app. Attachment illustrates that the command is grayed out in the menu. Command Q would not function. Safari also blocked the ability to restart the computer without first force quitting the app.
This comes on a day in which Apple released an update to Monterey, is this a subtle hint to proceed to to the update … because stuff won’t work right?
