Periodically, if Safari is open behind other apps, it will briefly jump to the front and then go back to its original position. It’s quite annoying when I’m reading or writing in another app. I first thought I must have hit some key combination or unintentionally clicked on the Safari window, but it happens when my hands are nowhere near any input device.
Is this expected behavior? Is there a way to prevent that from happening other than starting and quitting Safari whenever I want to use it?
