Fixes a crash that could occur on Intel-based Macs. ($59.88/$83.88/$119.88 annual subscription, free update, 3.2 MB, macOS 11+)
I am currently using a very old version of Quicken. I would like to know if I buy license for the new version, I understand it is only for a year. If I do not renew it, BUT also do not use quicken to access the internet, does it stop working even though it is only being used locally on my Mac? Lee
I have no personal experience, but according to the Quicken Subscription Membership FAQ list:
So, the answer is: It depends on the version your subscribed to.
If you have the starter version, you end up with read-only access to your data after expiration.
If you have Deluxe or higher, it will keep working, but without any online services. So if you hand-enter everything, you should be able to keep using it.
And, of course, you won’t be able to install any updates without a current subscription.
David,
Thank you!
