Hmmm, the title of the paragraph in the watchlist is “Quicken 2018 5.10”, but the link text is “Quicken 2019 for Mac”, so is this 2018 or 2019, or has that distinction gone away with the new subscription model?

I would guess that the name largely immaterial now, and that the version number is probably the key thing to stay aware of—I get no sense that Quicken 2018 is in any way separate from Quicken 2019 except in terms of being an earlier version.
