Popup ads on lock screen

Lately popup ad messages appear on my iPhone’s lock screen. They have the same format as alerts from my software but when I open the phone they are not in messages. I have turned off Personalized Ads in the Apple Advertising setting, but that hasn’t stopped them.

What else can I do to stop this?

If you could take a screenshot of one of the alerts that would help us diagnose the problem.
