Notes does not synchronize

Day-to-day, I use a non-Admin account on my MBA M3 (macOS Sequoia 15.5). Today, I logged into an Admin account. Notes does not synchronize; the little wheel spins.

System Settings seems to say that I’m logged in with my Apple ID. (Certainly it has my name, email, and a Sign Out button.) Notes says that it’s using iCloud, and On My Mac is not enabled. I can browse web sites, so the network connection seems to be live.

On the Admin account, in System Settings > Internet Accounts, it says iCloud+. I have never turned iCloud+ on, and in my day-to-day account, it does not say iCloud+. When I click on Manage Plan under iCloud+ Features, nothing happens.

Any hints on how I can get Notes to sync and to convince the Admin account that I do not have iCloud+? Thanks.

Maybe the issue is resolved. After I noticed that selecting the computer that I am using in System Settings > Apple Account > Devices produced a message that the device is no longer associated with my account, I logged out and back in. Notes synchronized and iCloud+ is gone.

Note that I restarted just before logging in as Admin and experiencing the problem that caused me to start this thread. Also note that I did not restart between logging out and logging in as Admin. For that matter, I was logged into my day-to-day account from Admin logout to Admin login.

This seems like such an edge case (I hope) that I’ll suggest Adam delete this thread.
