Is there a solution for this? I have several aliases with no programs attached to them. I cannot delete them even when I enter my admin password.

That depends on where they are located. You might be able to delete them by temporarily disabling SIP, but if they are on the System volume, they will have to stay.

I usually use Pathfinder which does not allow the deletion. It works in Finder though. Any comment from Cocoatech?
