Mellel has released version 6.7.1 of its eponymous word processor with improved display of multi-cell table selection in dark mode. The update eliminates several crashes related to memory leaks, closing the last document when the auto-title styles palette is exposed, when choosing a color in the system color panel, and when performing a bibliography scan. It also displays a default set of styles when the Character palette is disabled, improves the appearance of the markers palette when disabled, improves the license check at startup to avoid the License Expired message, and fixes an auto-sizing bug in the character palette that caused artifacts when working in German.
