Mailing a Safari page

Safari 16.6 (17615) on Monterey: When mailing a Safari page using the share button I see a list of previous recipients. Selecting one recipient opens Mail with the selected address and a link to the pertinent page.

When trying the same with Safari 16.6 (18615) on Ventura I do not see the list of the previous recipients.

How can I activate this feature?

Use that browser on that device to share pages. The Share menu can’t list previous recipients if there aren’t any previous recipients.
