Many people who use authenticator apps to secure their LastPass master password were locked out of their account last week.
Just my opinion, but I think it’s very poor form for an article to use an acronym or abbreviation without defining it. I guess that MFA is multi-factor authentication, but (still my opinion) the author of the article absolutely should have said so explicitly (and I recognize the possibility that the author did say so and I missed it, despite rereading the article).
Still my opinion (and not to pick on @nello; I just came across this post when I had the time and inclination to rant), but it would be nice if someone quoting an article defined any acronyms or abbreviations that appear in the quotation—especially if the article’s author is rude enough not to do so.
