This has been a standard url scheme on iOS to open specific settings for a while now. MacStories published a list of many of them three years ago (halfway down the article page):
But I don’t think they work on MacOS. Can’t test right now and don’t have Ventura installed yet anyway, but I think you need to use the x-apple.systempreferences scheme on MacOS. Would love to be proved wrong!
if you get the right search terms, then you can use Brett Terpstra’s SearchLink to construct a Markdown URL for it:
that goes for just about anything you can search. It takes a while to get into the habit of it, and then proves its usefulness. Works not only with web search engines.
