I did not notice any real issues on my 11 Pro Max. There were a few instances where animations would stutter or catch briefly, but otherwise it ran fine for the week or so I had it on the phone.
I decided to trade it in for a 17 Pro Max this year because I’m guessing iOS 27 will not support it and expect a significant drop in trade in value when the current iOS was not supported. Otherwise I would not have traded it in as for everything I did it was fine.

No issues on my iPhone 13.
My subjective experience with an iPhone 12 mini, which I accidentally upgraded to iOS 26, is that general operation is a bit slower. I haven’t actually timed anything. Apps seem to take a bit longer to launch. Notifications are slower to appear and to disappear from the Home Screen. Animation in games that used to be smooth are now a bit jerky or stuttered.
Whether the Accessibility options to flatten Liquid Glass (Reduce Transparency and Reduce Motion) are on or off doesn’t seem to make any difference.

I am delighted with v26 on my 12 pro max. It far outshines Liquid Glass on macOS.
