Up until Ventura you could force a refresh/sync of Notes with iCloud by using cmd-r. But in Ventura genius Apple broke this. As far as I can tell the only way to now force a sync is to quit and relaunch the app. Clunky as heck. Is there something perhaps a tad more elegant?
So nothing I guess. 
Not that I’ve found…I experimented with command tabbing around and occasionally it will update changes but the only reliable method I’ve found is quit/launch…but sometimes it works after time passes as the old game Zork said.
