Darn. I guess I will upgrade macOS to Sequoia v15.7.1 soon. I assume there are no still other ways to keep calendars in sync with Macs without the cloud stuff. :( I forget. Was Contacts OK? I know those are OK in old Ventura v13.7.8 and iOS v18.7.1,
Contacts is not as hallucinogenic, but still quirky.
I am experimenting with doing date-entry exclusively on macOS, then AirDropping to iOS and iPadOS. And no, you can’t AirDrop directly. You have to export the event to a file, then AirDrop that file.
Not particularly desirable, but so far, it hasn’t turned my calendar into a mushroom cloud.
