Probably been discussed somewhere here.
But here goes.
So, I decided to purchase a movie bundle that includes Original, Directors Cut, and a Franchise Sequel.
I already owned the sequel, while I don’t quite get why Apple wouldn’t accommodate a token credit of sorts … so be it.
But what seems odd is that I could purchase the 3-movie bundle for less than the previous two separately anyways … not a significant coup of a price discount of course, but it just seems like the sales/business model is … well … Odd … yet not really thinking differently
I’d say that a lot of things that seem strange to non-entertainment industry people, especially stuff in the movie business, come from the complex and convoluted accounting practices, distribution agreements, and marketing decisions movie studios, record labels, and video game publishers follow.
