AppleInsider reports on the troubles it had getting a new Mac Pro repaired, stumping both Apple phone support and Apple Store technicians.
This isn’t good. Loads of iMac Pro owners have had similar issues obtaining decent service.
I remember watching Snazzy Labs YT videos on getting his iMP’s stand fixed. Not only didn’t they do it properly, but the Apple Store staff tried to initially brush it off as done, before he pointed out it clearly wasn’t.
So if you’re paying thousands or tens of thousands for a machine that in Winbix land would be half the price, just what are you paying the extra for?
