We moved to Microsoft 365 email about a year ago and have been having Apple Mail (on macOS) synch issues since then.
A common case is that an iPhone or iPad will consistently receive new mail but the Mac might not see anything new for a hour, sometimes more.
If your email is hosted on Microsoft 365, do you see this behavior?
If yes to the first part and no to the second, did you have to utter any secret incantations or make any ritual sacrifices to get things working reliably on the Mac?
