I’ve just downloaded it from the App Store again and it’s showing my lifetime license without me having to do anything.
Can you tell me what version you are using? And when you say you just downloaded it, I’m assuming you didn’t already have it installed (I did). I have written to them asking for an explanation but might delete the app and re-download.
It’s version 3.4.11.
It wasn’t installed, in fact I don’t think I ever had installed it on this machine (M4 MacBook Pro), so a fresh download from the App Store.
Opened it up, said it was a lifetime license.
Thank you. That’s the same version I have and it’s locking me out. I’ll delete it and try to re-download - not exactly a smooth way to manage licensing,
Strangely, the iPad version - part of the same purchase - works fine. Initially it presented me with the ‘Buy a Subscription’ dialog but a few seconds later reverted to the lifetime license.
Deleting and re-installing on the Mac did nothing. I’ve written to support.
