Rogue Amoeba has released Airfoil 5.13 to restore Apple TV and HomePod support. The wireless audio broadcasting app works around a bug introduced by tvOS 27 and HomePod Software 27 that prevented audio streaming to all Apple TVs and HomePods. The update also adds a new Control Center special source in macOS 27 Golden Gate (replacing the former AirPlay Receiver) that captures audio the Mac receives via AirPlay, plus volume adjustment blips.
