MY issue with iPassword is that it stops working now and then, decides to start asking me to enter my main password every time I use it now and then and similar issues and that in order to get them sorted out I need to get help from them and it does take several days and by the time it comes in I’m onto something else and put it off and then have to go search through my email, What every happened to phone support? I am so glad Apple and t-mobile have good phone support. It’s enough to me to pay extra money for this. I hate, email, text and chat support.
I’ve had good experiences with AgileBits support. I recently had an issue with apparent erroneous clipboard behavior that they addressed in the next release. Lots of back and forth with AgileBits to get that one solved.
