I had a major headache with 1Password 7.2.1 when I upgraded OSX to Mohave. The Safari extension ceased to function, so no autofilling passwords. I kept trying to reinstall the extension, which I couldn’t seem to find on Apple’s Safari Extensions page. I went to the AgileBits support site, and the only option I founddownloaded an installer for 4.x.x, which would seem to install normally, be visible in the list of installed Safari extensions, then disappear as soon as I quit Safari. After uninstalling other extensions, doing other tweaks that failed, I was getting pretty frustrated. Finally, reinstalling 1Password 7 installed the new 1Password 7 extension as well, and all was good again. Three hours later… Humph.
